Richard Warren VIEW PROFILE

 Mr. Richard Allen Warren, 56, finished his journey on Thursday, August 6, 2009 after 12 years of struggling with illness. He was born in Forsyth County to James Odell and Ethel Clark Warren. He was of the Primitive Baptist faith and was disabled from working in retail sales. He enjoyed model cars and traveling to antique malls and flea markets with his brother. Mr. Warren' s parents preceded him in death. Surviving are his brother and closest friend, James Warren; and best friends, Mike and Joetta Horn and their children and Keith White. He also had many friends in the community. An 11 a.m. Graveside Service will be held this morning, August 8, 2009, at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall with Elder Milton Gunter officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Carolina Donor Services, 1551 Westbrook Plaza Drive, Suite 200, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.

It is so sad to hear of the passing of a good friend. I spent many days at Crouse store and remember Richard and his brother James well.
