45th Reunion Survey

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

2018 will be the year of our 45th Class Reunion. So that we may plan for this event, we desire your input. Please answer these 5 short questions by January 2 and we will use the input to make plans in January for the reunion as far as a date and venue. We are looking at two choices, 1) Evening event with food, music and bar (as we have done in past years 0r 2) Afternoon picnic/cookout with BYOB. Obviously one will have a higher cost than the other.

Thanks
Fred Patterson

* Answer Required
1)   * What month are you likely to attend a class reunion?

  August
  September
  October
  November

Make one choice. Fill in a weekend date in that month that is best for you.

2)   * What type of event would you most likely prefer?

Buffet Dinner in an evening with bar ,DJ or band
Plated Dinner in an evening with bar, DJ or band
Informal afternoon cookout/potluck/picnic with DJ, BYOB

This event could be like all of our past reunions...an evening event at a country club or hotel location where the costs could range from $40-$50 per person... an afternoon outdoor cookout/potluck/picnic event (such as at Tanglewood) where the cost might be in the $15-25 range per person.

3)   * Would you attend a "evening before" mixer or gathering (Like we have done in the past) ? Or would you prefer just a one day reunion event?

Is a two day event too much? Or would a two day event give some the opportunity to attend one if they could not attend the other?

4)   If COSTS is not an object, which one do YOU think most people would enjoy the best?

  Evening more formal event
  Afternoon more informal event

Regardless of cost, in which do YOU think most people would participate?

5)   Please make any suggestions, idea or comments on this event in the box below.

If you were to plan it, what would you suggest in terms of food, music, specific locations in Forsyth county etc. Don't be bashful!
